The coach can work with you to tailor a workout that finds your weaknesses and builds on them. Together you will work on your specific goals & benchmarks to progress safely and effectively. Your coach will work on technique and help with injury prevention and motivation. All of this will help you bring your body to the next level!
Small Group Training
Small group training consists of 2 – 4 people training together. This is a more affordable way of getting individualized attention. This type of training provides a very motivational environment. Working out with friends is an enjoyable encouraging atmosphere that helps increase your health and wellness.
