SIGN UP NOW FOR SPRING/SUMMER TRIATHLON TRAINING

Did you sign up for Tri For a Cure and not sure what to do now!  sheJAMs does!  Come and join us……it is more fun to work out with others in a non competitive atmosphere!  

Triathlon Training starts the end of April for 12 weeks.  SWIM – we start in the pool for 5 weeks (3 locations) then we move to the lake (2 locations) and finally into the ocean.  BIKE – we bike in various locations to learn how to bike on different terrain, but we get to know the Tri for A Cure course very well!  RUN – we run from the park & ride on marginal way in Portland.  We train you on hills, pacing and technique.  

Age doesn’t matter – we have ages 18 – 70.  Fitness level doesn’t matter either. Learn from others who have been there and done that and were in your shoes not too long ago. Learn more about our Triathlon Training program here
