I train down at OA's Performance Center in Saco and most of what we do is body weight and free weight stuff with some machines… not what I would call a traditional weight circuit. I also belong to World Gym, I haven't used thier trainers but they had a great training room in the back and I have watched what they are doing with their clients and it is similar to what we do in Saco… the other option woudl be hiring a personal trainer and telling them what you want to acheive…interview them to get a sense for their style…I know Pam Denutte is listed on our site…she will use free weights as well… sorry to take so long to respond!!!
